What to expect
We operate on UTC‑based business hours. Automated spam filters apply; if your message bounces, try a different subject line and avoid link‑shorteners. Do not attach confidential spreadsheets—describe the issue in text and use redacted samples if needed.
Before you write
- Bug reports: include browser name and version, operating system, approximate file size, and the public tool URL. Tell us whether the failure happens on upload, preview, or download.
- Publisher or API access: summarise audience size, use case, and timeline. We do not offer unlocked bulk processing of user files on our servers.
- Legal / copyright: identify the work, the exact page URL on CSVall, and the statutory basis for your request. Unsigned boilerplate rarely gets a fast reply.
Advertising & programme policies
If you verify sites for Google AdSense or similar programmes, you will find our About, Contact, Privacy, Terms, and Cookie pages linked in the site footer. We publish real contact details here and keep policy pages in plain language on purpose.
We do not list a postal address on the public site. Registered business correspondence is handled through the same email; request a postal route only when a regulator or court requires it.
