The service

We provide web‑based utilities that run chiefly in your browser. Features, availability, and performance can change without advance notice. We do not promise uninterrupted access or error‑free output.

Accounts

Public tools do not require registration. If we introduce optional accounts later, additional terms will apply at signup.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Site to break the law, infringe intellectual property, harass others, distribute malware, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, probe or scrape the Site in a way that degrades service for others, or process highly sensitive data if your employer or regulator forbids doing so on a third‑party website.

We may throttle or block traffic that looks abusive.

Your content

You remain responsible for files you load into your browser. You grant us no licence to exploit your spreadsheet contents beyond what technical operation strictly requires for public, client‑side tools.

If you email us files, you warrant you have the right to share them for support.

Intellectual property

The Site branding, layout, and original text belong to us or our licensors. Open‑source components keep their respective licences. You may quote short excerpts with attribution for review or news; you may not mirror the entire Site without permission.

Third‑party services & ads

We may embed or load third‑party scripts (advertising, analytics). Those services have separate terms. Your dealings with advertisers are between you and them.

Disclaimer of warranties

We provide the Site “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law. Numeric conversions and finance‑adjacent outputs are illustrative; you must validate results against your auditor or system of record.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site.

Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred US dollars if you paid nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places our liability is capped at the minimum the law permits.

Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold harmless CSVall from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third‑party rights.

Governing law & disputes

Unless mandatory consumer laws say otherwise, these Terms follow the laws of the jurisdiction where the operating entity is organised, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. Courts in that venue have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief elsewhere to stop abuse.

Severability

If a provision is invalid, the rest remains in force.
